  • Eight NA cocktails and they take them seriously. The Phileas is good. Victorian curiosity cabinet setup with plants hanging everywhere, very over the top.
  • Dim lighting, works for dates. They know what they're doing with Seedlip and Everleaf beyond just adding tonic.
  • Glassware is ridiculous. Campy but also intimate somehow.
